Topic : The place of humility(James 4:6). 

The place of humility cannot be ignore in our aspiration towards heaven.  It requires total humility .i.e humble spirit to answer God’s call  and discharge our  duties accordingly just as Christ our master was humble throughout his life time even to the point of death(Philippians 2:6-9).

As we carry out our Christian obligations and using God’s given gifts & talents , we must be humble enough so as to follow Christ and lead others to him, this will help us to work and walk patiently with the master as we run the race of eternal life.
God resists the proud but show favour to the humble (1pet. 5:3-6)… with a humble heart at home, office, community at large  will can occupy and be profitable for the Lord.  Happy are those who are humble they will receive what God has promised(matt.5:5) for the more humble we are , the more obedient and responsive we are….

 Prayer:
 Lord Jesus, give me more grace to always live my life in total obedient to you….. Amen.
